Important Notes for Laser and IPL PACKAGES

Non-Refundable: All laser and IPL packages are non-refundable once purchased. This is due to the nature of the treatments, which are designed to be a series for optimal results.

Commitment to Your Skin: We're dedicated to your skin's health and success. If you encounter a severe reaction, we'll happily provide a spa credit or adjust your plan to better meet your needs.

How should I get ready for Laser Hair Removal?

Shave – We recommend shaving the area to be treated 24 hours before your appointment.
Avoid Waxing and Plucking – For a few weeks before your treatment, refrain from waxing or plucking your hair. This allows our lasers to precisely target pigment in your hair follicles.
No Tanning – wait at least 2 weeks after your treatment before tanning, using a sunbed, or applying fake tan.

What kind of aftercare is required following my treatment?

Laser hair removal is gentle on your skin and surrounding areas. However, there may be some redness for a few days after the procedure. To alleviate this:

Apply aloe vera gel on a regular basis.
Avoid direct sunlight and sunbeds. If you’re going to be outside, wear at least SPF30.
Avoid heat from showers, saunas and baths.
